This is very simple to fix, just follow the steps below...
Close the BlackBerry Desktop Manager if it is running Browse to the following location on your computer: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\"device software"\ NOTE: The "device software" folder typically has the model number of the phone in its name (e.g. 8800, 8100, etc). Inside the "device software" folder, locate the file called DocumentsToGo.alx Rename this file to DocumentsToGo.old Launch the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Open the Application Loader and sync your phone

This process would take place AFTER you update DocsToGo. Basically, what you are doing is pushing the update to the DM through the file rename on the computer.

Leyendo un poco recorde algunos comentarios en el post que dejo el admin de actualizacion de Documents To Go, que muchos de nosotros teniamos el problema que cuando haciamos instalaciones o actualizaciones con el Desktop Manager nos encontrabamos que desinstalaba el Sheets To Go que habiamos actualizado, no permitiendo actualizarlo nuevamente.
Aca les dejo un pequeño link que esta en la pagina de DataViz.
Les dejo para los que tenga la Computadora en español y no sepan donde ingresar para encontrar estas opciones
1. Cerrar el BlackBerry Desktop Manager si se está ejecutando 2. Navegar en la siguiente ubicación en su computadora: * C:\Archivos de Programas\Archivos Comunes\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\software del dispositivo\ NOTA: La carpeta software del dispositivo normalmente tiene como nombre el modelo y la version de soft que tenemos cargada (por ejemplo 8100-v4.5.0.46_P2.7.0.63) 3. En el interior de la carpeta software del dispositivo, buscar el archivo llamado DocumentsToGo.alx 4. Cambiar el nombre de este archivo a DocumentsToGo.old 5. Abrir el BlackBerry Desktop Manager 6. Abrir la aplicación Loader y sincronizar el teléfono
