.46 and mms messages

I am having a problem with sending mms messages, anybody else. I used the jl cmder to wipe and reset my setting but that has done nothing. I have the service books I need.

Assuming you've tried a Batter Pull already, try deleting many of your texts, especially the ones that have pictures in them.
Many times my phone will not send or recieve MMS if there is not enough memory left for my inbox
