hey just wanted to let yall know that the problems ive been having lately putting 4.5 on my new curve have to do with the Beta links or more the files therein.
ive been frantically d/l OS to find one to use on my replacement phone bc i felt i was having problems with the 4.5.0.52 i had
i put 3 different versions on my pc and tried to put on my phone, but no dice. it would install on my pc then i couldnt get it to work after that...dm wouldnt recognize it and if i tried to force it, it would say that there was an error on the first line of code(or something like that, i was pretty frustrated!)
so i just said to heck with it and put my original .52 on this phone (at this point it was in my recycle bin)
it worked first off with no problems...strange
maybe someone is screwing with the data in the links
has anyone else had this problem or better yet has anyone recently d/l and successfully installed a beta OS on their phone?
just curiousity more than anything now
i can finally sleep well...so im off to bed
